Replace Your Conditioner With Beer

Yes, don’t spend your money on the expensive conditioners, instead, use beer after shampoo. Many beauty experts back the theory that beer can indeed improve the quality of your hair. Just learn how to use and you’re good to go.

Start with buying beer. I can’t resist drinking beer when it’s right in front of me. So, if you are like me, buy two cans or bottles of beer, one to use for your hair and one to drink. Empty the can or bottle of your beer in a bowl and leave it overnight. This will make the beer flat as it oxidizes.

Next day, use this beer after using your normal shampoo. Then avoid using conditioner, instead, use that beer by pouring it your hair. Massage your hair for a minute or two and lather it onto your scalp. This will control oily skin on your scalp. Wash your hair, but don’t wash it completely for better effect. Dry your hair with a towel.

Wash your head with beer only once a week. This will maintain the pH of your scalp, and will also make your hair bouncy and shiny.

‘Bee’-r And Honey

Take half-cup of dark beer, add 1 tablespoon of honey in it along with 1 banana, 1 egg yolk. Blend all this in a blender and wait until you see a smooth mixture. Apply this to your hair and massage it nicely. Start with roots and slowly reach the tips. Cover your hair with a shower cap after applying the mixture and let it sit for about 2 hours, and then wash. You can wash your hair with your shampoo and conditioner. Do this once every week and you will see the magic of this hair mask made with beer. These ingredients help your hair with its condition effect and provide moisture. This combo is perfect for your scalp health and hence promoting hair growth.

Apple Cider Vinegar And Your Beer

Again, you have to leave your beer open in a bowl overnight to make it flat. Then mix a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar with one cup of your flat beer. Wash your hair with your shampoo and conditioner, then apply this mixture of apple cider vinegar and beer on your hair. Massage your hair and scalp gently with the mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then use warm water to rinse the mixture out of your hair.

You can use this method twice a month to see some shiny, bouncy and long hair over your head. It will deep clean your hair and scalp and will prevent problems like hair follicles clogging. Your scalp will be fresh and healthy.

So, if you are having problems like hair fall, dandruff or other hair-related problems, get yourself a beer treatment.
